My role
I was the Senior UX Designer on this project for 1 week. My tasks were the landscape overview, design and wireframing. Other members of the team were account managers and a digital designer
Key statistics
25% of clicks on the burger menu are for People/Search for a lawyer.
56% of clicks from the homepage are to Global Locations.
23% of clicks on the burger menu are for Careers and 7% of clicks from the homepage.

I conducted a competitor/comparator analysis looking at law firms and consultancies. I reviewed the content, the information hierarchy, visual design including, imagery, graphics and motion.

New components to incLUDE
Statistic component
The statistic examples provide relevant content on where the companies are adding value to their clients, and how their global company is empowered by the employees they have. Using rich content that is further detailed by body copy adds context to the numbers stated.
Lawyer search
An example is a component on Bain & Co’s homepage that helps a prospective customer find the right solution to the business needs they select.
Bain & Co and White & Case
Have a lawyer search on the homepage prominently to help the user navigate to the right person for them. On Bain & Co there is a Business Need finder to align the customer with suitable resource for them.
Elevating existing components
To elevate existing components, I identified Tags to help the user identify the category of the content and including the length of the media helps users to judge whether it’s short enough for them to engage with. Providing the date ensures that the content is fresh and relevant.

COMPONENT DESIGN
STATISTICS COMPONENT
Two versions of the statistics component. Utilise statistics to elevate Clyde & Co’s value in the employees that they have and the work that they do. The body copy helps to bolster each statistic with further context.
LAWYER SEARCH COMPONENT
Utilising an easier way for users to find the right expert for them, this component can be embedded within key pages like the Homepage so the user doesn’t need to navigate through the menu
